About Pictor Photography…
Born, raised, kicked out of, and currently stuck in Los Angeles, Lyzette H.M. had her first camera shoved in her hand at age 8, and has yet to put it down. Between careers in animation writing and temping as a video game tester, Lyzette started Pictor Photography in March 2007 in an attempt to bring the life back into scene and cityscape photography. Her work can be seen at club Facade’s monthly HELL event in Hollywood, and she recently had the privilege of photographing the fabulous industrial band CHANT at Bar Sinister in Hollywood. If that weren’t enough to keep her busy, she also very happily works as the West Coast Distributor/Publicist/Photographer for the Charlotte-based independant comic book company Memetic Press. She can be reached day and night for commissions anywhere in the world…even in Swaziland. You can go to http://lyzette.deviantart.com to view her ever-updating gallery of her adventures. She can be contacted at pictorphotography@gmail.com to purchase her services/prints of her work, or at memeticpresswest@gmail.com to inquire about purchasing Memetic Press’ new comic book “AFTER,” writer Paris “Rev” Battle’s hauntingly epic tale of the post-apocalyptic South, featuring the fantastic art of the excrutiatingly talented Marcus Kiser. She will be waiting breathlessly day and night to hear from you, kids.
